2The service
Strybai is business software (B2B) that brings a company’s conversations and its delivery together: accounts and contacts, an inbox, outreach, deals, project plans (Build), a public knowledge catalog, integrations and AI features. In these terms, “you” is the company that owns a workspace, and “users” are the people it invites.
3The beta
Strybai is currently in an invite-only beta, free of charge, with the usage limits shown on our pricing page. During the beta, features may change or be removed, and we may adjust limits. We work to keep it reliable, but there is no guaranteed availability. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before the beta ends or paid plans apply to your workspace, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.
4Paid plans
When paid plans start, the prices are those on our pricing page when you subscribe, or as agreed in writing. Prices exclude VAT; Belgian VAT is added where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features after a reminder.
5Accounts and workspaces
- Users must give accurate details, keep their sign-in secure (two-factor sign-in is recommended), and are responsible for activity under their account.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who has access and can remove users at any time.
- Tell us straight away at info@strybai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
6Your data, and how we process it
Everything you put into your workspace stays yours. You give us the right to host, process and display it only to provide Strybai to you. For personal data in your workspace, you are the controller and we are your processor, and the following applies as our data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28):
- We process it only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and how you use Strybai.
- Our team is bound by confidentiality, and we apply the security measures in our Privacy Policy.
- You authorise the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We’ll announce new ones in advance there; you may object, and if we can’t address it, end your subscription.
- We help you answer requests from the people whose data you hold, and with security, breach notification and impact assessments where needed.
- We notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting your workspace.
- When you leave, you can export your data first; we then delete it, apart from backups that roll over within 30 days and records the law requires us to keep.
- We give you the information you reasonably need to check this, and allow audits at your own cost with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you add, including your contacts’ data, and for telling them about it where the law requires. Want this as a separately signed agreement? Ask us at info@strybai.com.
7Acceptable use and outreach
You agree not to use Strybai to:
- send spam, or emails to people you have no lawful reason to contact, or remove or hide the unsubscribe link we add to outreach emails;
- keep emailing people who unsubscribed, or get around the sending limits, pauses or suppression lists;
- send unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content, or malware;
- try to access other workspaces or our systems without permission, probe or overload the service, or scrape it at scale;
- resell Strybai or build a competing product with it, except as we’ve agreed in writing.
You are responsible for the emails you send with Strybai and for complying with the e-privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to them. To protect deliverability for everyone, we may automatically pause a workspace’s sending (for example after many bounces or spam complaints), and we may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
8AI features
Strybai uses AI to draft, summarise, research and answer. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so review it before you send, publish or rely on it. Your workspace content isn’t used to train AI models. AI use counts against your plan’s allowance.
9Integrations and third-party services
When you connect another service (a calendar, GitHub, Jira, Slack, Teams, LinkedIn, a time tracker or a webhook), you authorise Strybai to exchange the data that integration needs, and that service’s own terms apply to your use of it. We aren’t responsible for those services, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.
10Public knowledge catalogs
What you publish to your knowledge catalog is public, on our address or your own domain. You are responsible for it and confirm you have the rights to publish it. We may remove content that is unlawful or breaches these terms.
11Intellectual property and feedback
Strybai, its software and its design belong to us; these terms give you the right to use it while your access lasts, nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely to improve Strybai, without obligation to you.
12Ending
You can stop using Strybai and delete your workspace at any time. We can end access with 30 days’ notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms. Before access ends, you can export your data (CSV and the API).
13Availability and warranties
We work to keep Strybai available, secure and correct, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the results of AI features, research or outreach.
14Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you use Strybai free of charge. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything else that can’t be limited under Belgian law.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll tell workspace owners at least 30 days before they apply, by email or in the app; continuing to use Strybai after that means you accept them. If you don’t, you can end your use before they apply.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels.
